Save the Dunes Sagebrush Lizard

The dunes sagebrush lizard survives in one of the smallest habitats of any lizard — a tiny area of oak-covered sand dunes in southeastern New Mexico and west Texas. This habitat covers less than 2 percent of all land in the Permian basin, but is threatened by oil and gas development and herbicides sprayed by ranchers. Leer más.
