Curso: Microbial Ecology of Amphibian Decline

This two-week course is oriented towards graduate students with an interest in amphibian conservation, microbial ecology or global change biology. The course will be held at the La Selva Biological Research Station and research laboratories at the University of Costa Rica. Students will be presented with a variety of topics relevant to the microbial ecology of amphibian decline, emphasizing on modern OMICs approaches (genomics, proteomics and metabolomics). Leer más.
