eDNA Metabarcoding Benchmarked towards Conventional Survey Methods in Amphibian Monitoring

he findings in the present study indicate that eDNA metabarcoding detects multiple Danish amphibian species and can produce knowledge on the occurrence and distribution for amphibian species.
