Amongst domestic animals, the domestic cat, Felis catus, is widely considered to be one of the most serious threats to wildlife conservation. This is particularly evident for island ecosystems, as data for mainland countries are often lacking. In Italy, the European country that is richest in biodiversity, cats are very popular pets. In this work, we aimed at assessing the potential spectrum of wild vertebrates that may be killed by free-ranging domestic cats, and we considered our results within the context of their conservation status and IUCN threat category. Aquest vídeo no és una filmació real, sinó que es tracta d’una simulació del cicle vital del tritó del Montseny. Procés de realització: en primer lloc es gravat amb una càmera sota l’aigua, tenint en compte l’enquadrament. D’aquesta manera, posteriorment s’hi pot afegir el tritó en digital. En cap moment s’ha manipulat un tritó real. A continuació, s’ha generat un model en 3D del tritó, utilitzant la tècnica d’escultura digital. A partir de fotos del tritó, pintem els colors de la pell i creem una mena d’estructura per poder-lo animar; aquest procés és digital i per tant, es fa mitjançant programes d’ordinador. Leer más.
