Un total de 12 aventureros partimos el pasado sábado a observar anfibios cerca de Valgañón, en una charca situada en la sierra de la Demanda. Today, May 23rd, is World Turtle Day. It is a day of celebrating the many unique and ancient species of turtles and tortoises around the world, and bringing awareness to their need for protection. Whenever I stand in the forest on South Bimini in the Bahamas, I’m always struck by the similarity of these anoles to those I’ve worked with elsewhere in the Greater Antilles.
