Curs dirigit a herpetòlegs, naturalistes, biòlegs en general i afeccionats interessats en l’herpetologia. El curs farà un introducció a l’herpetofauna catalana i aprofundirà en les diferents tècniques de recerca en l’estudi d’aquest grup (estudis genètics, distribució amb eines GIS, metodologia de camp, bioseguretat,…). El dissabte en fer-se fosc hi haurà una sortida nocturna per localitzar amfibis i el diumenge a migdia una diürna dirigida a l’observació de rèptils. Leer más.

En marzo de 2019 me dispuse a echar unos días en el campo, visitando el Parque Natural de Arribes del Duero (zona salmantina) y el Parque Nacional de Monfragüe. Sky Islands are high-elevation environments that are separated by warmer, low elevations, forming natural patches of unique montane habitat that often persist through changing climates. Peninsular India was ancestrally forested and has gradually become more arid since at least the Oligocene, and open landscapes have dominated since the middle-late Miocene.
